0.3 miles from Scotstoun train station, a stones throw from busses, library, shops, 15 minutes walk to Scotstoun leisure centre, 20 minute walk to Victoria park or Anniesland, 3 miles from Glasgow University, close to cycle routes taking you to city centre, Eastwards or North West to Loch Lomond and beyond.
We share gas and electricity bills equally around £20 a month in summer £45 a month in winter. Water and WiFi included in rent. Council tax shared if you’re not a student, full time students are exempt from council tax.
