#1) $900 2bdr & a private bath. 2nd room for an office or art: 2 person household (I’m the 2nd person)
#2) 1 bedroom each & a shared bath. 2 people dividing the rent: 1bdr: $700* 1bdr: $500* a 3 person household (I’m the 3rd person) *Pricing avail. only if both rooms are rented at the same time: without the 2nd person at move-in it’s $900 back to version #1: ———– Good for students, as a “Study House”. House-hunters, or for older female(s) over 55.
12-15 minute drive to Utep on Mesa. 6 miles. —– Furnished: (images shown) double bed, closet, desk, chest of drawers, futon & closet in the second room. plus sheets, towels, bedding.
Shared living room, Kitchen, Laundry room, Patios & Garden. Vaulted ceilings throughout the house.
Area: New Gym on Belvidere. Good area for walking around the hills for morning exercise.
Pets: 1 house-pet hen, (she’s lives on her side of the house most of the time), most dogs & cats are fine, no aggressive dogs animals.
Small Roku tv: I’m not really a TV watcher, I’m more of a quiet Internet-type of person.
Visitors: can visit occasionally, twice a wk, max. & during the day, main rooms only.
I’ve lived here over 5 yrs, it’s a peaceful neighborhood, morning hikers, dog walkers. Closest groceries: Whole Foods Albertsons Sprouts (WF or Instacart delivers if needed).
Security deposit: returned same day of move-out via paypal/zelle or check. If damages did occur, sec. dep. should pay for it.
Parking is driveway or curb. My car is parked in the garage, (rarely used.)
