Christina, please tell us a little bit about yourself and what you are looking for.

Hi, my name is Christina. I am a youthful 40’s and work full-time in Customer Service, based in Central London. I would describe myself as kind, very clean, considerate, and an experienced sharer. A woman with integrity who believes in authenticity. I love and enjoy nature, good food and wine, and I adore movies! I’m into yoga, psychology and personal development. A creative at heart. Independent and social. I am conscientious about the environment and would like to find like-minded people to live with.

What sort of flatshare are you looking for – and who is your ideal flatmate?

I am looking for a friendly, clean and quiet home to relax in. Long term ideally, one year plus. It would be great to enjoy the occasional drink and meal with new flatmates and be friends, whilst continuing to live an independent life. I would love a quiet large double room, with a good amount of storage if possible, and use of all amenities. A peaceful place to call home.

What is it that you like most about sharing?

It’s the people in your life that make the most difference to it! I would always rather be friends on equal terms with the people I live with.

Where and when would you like to move?

I’m looking for a place immediately and would like to move next week if possible, before the 8th of November. I’m flexible in terms of location as long as it’s within commuting distance to Central London – Canada Water, Surrey Quays, Waterloo, Southwark – but would consider various areas if the place is right.

And lastly, what is your tip for successful sharing?

Communication, mutual respect, and a sense of equality.
