Looking for a homely female.1 room available, built in robe, ceiling fan, there is a single bed and mattress available, there’s a pool and the property is on the canals close to shops, clubs ,restaurants, beach and main street. There is a male housemate atm, but he is soon leaving for an extended holiday overseas so it will be just me and my cat, I have my own bathroom .If you are at home at night I will cut the rent in half to $100/wk . Shared kitchen ,you supply your own food and toiletries . Internet ,power and water included in the rent. Non smoker no drugs or heavy drinking .Large garage and storage.
