Since I am going abroad for a few months I rent my beautiful apartment.
The high quality furnished 2-room new apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a view into the greenery. The apartment will be rented completely furnished and has been furnished with great attention to detail.
It consists of a bedroom (modern teiloffen, studio character) with a large bed (1.80m wide) and a spacious closet, a spacious living-dining area, a utility room, a bathroom with high-quality sanitary facilities and bathtub and a 10 m² balcony facing south. The apartment is located in the rear building and also in a traffic-calmed zone, so you can find peaceful peace in the middle of the big city. A spacious elevator is also available. There are free parking spaces everywhere in front of the house and bicycle racks in the inner courtyard.
The apartment is rented furnished and includes W-Lan, washing machine, electrical appliances, dishes, towels, underfloor heating, oak bar industrial parquet flooring, balcony, shared use of garden, bicycle cellar etc. Personal items will be removed. Own furniture cannot be brought along.
