DESCRIPTION
Lovely modern and recently refurbished chalet bungalow type of house. Garden to rear with greenhouse (in case you’re greenfingered? I’m not! I do have a guy who regularly miss he tidys.) No garage but well(ish) organised garden shed. Two spacious livingroom areas one with my beloved baby grand piano and other directly off the kitchen with patio doors to the back garden. Very pleasant. Downstairs full bathroom. However – i just had a gorgeous ensuite shower room installed for the room I’m hoping to let.
Very important! I have a wonderful wee Chihuahua who is my perfect companion. She is very friendly – loves company and very well trained – she has her wee dog flap in the kitchen door!
