I live with my two grown up daughters who relatively recently left university. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to Thameslink trains which run to Kings Cross station in under 20 minutes. It is near easy bus links to the Northern line tube, the Broadwalk shopping centre in Edgware and Brent Cross shopping Centre. There is a direct bus into Oxford Street.
The bedsit has its own mini kitchenette with fridge, cooking facilities – (minihob and oven), washing machine, an ensuite shower room, a washing machine, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a very sturdy and comfortable foldaway bed which allows more living space.
Rent is £510 per month. There is broadband access and all bills are included with the exception of council tax which is approximately £115 per month paid directly to the council by the tenant and not included in the rent.
The property has a no smoking policy both within and outside the property and no pets policy. It would suit a quiet mature professional.
