3 mins. walk to clifftops, see photo, and down to the promenade and sea! backing on to a woodland park. Shops and buses 5 mins walk. 15 mins level walk to main line train station London Waterloo. No yellow lines in the road so free on street parking. Bournemouth is a lively centre, and has many activities (usually) for he over 40s and over 60s! My flat is one of only two, so less neighbours to concern yourself with.
we would share a small kitchenette but i dont use it much.
I run a Deep Conversation meet up group and belong to others in this area which would bring you a rapid social life (usually) if thats what you desire. I am happy to share with male or female, but we would not mingle in a living room regularly, each having our own, well heated bedsitting room., but i imagine chatting and sharing a meal together, and or with friends at least once a week.
