The house sits on a very large garden ( about an acre) and the fields attached (27 acres) that are exclusively for the house owners to graze their horses.
The owners do have stables and horses abutting their fields, If the Lead tenant does not like horses, please be assured they don’t encroach on the large residential garden area.
Any Lead tenant would have full use of the tranquil large garden and have access to the fields to enjoy walks on private land.
The house itself is ten minute walk from the High Street and Brentwood station. There is a bus stop about 3 minute walk away.
Husband smokes in his home office only and any Lead tenant would be welcome to do the same- but no smoking in the rest of the house, (plenty of room outside of course)
The owners do have an extremely likeable and friendly dog ( sprocker)
All facilities of the house would be shared by Lead tenant/s owners but the owners would keep one lounge for their own exclusive use.
The owners are easy going and the house has a relaxed atmosphere, so we are looking for a Lead tenant that is low maintenance, friendly and easy going.
