This was my family home but due to separation, I have moved away. It is a very comfortable and clean house, with very lovely housemates. I keep a room and stay on the odd occasion (as I live in France) and my ex-partner lives in the house now. Everyone is friendly and cooperative. The house is a home for anyone living and rules are just those of anyone sharing with others. Currently, my dog and cats are in the house, but gradually moving to France from Sept. Hangleton is a lovely place to live – close to Portslade train station and 2 mins from the number 5, 5A, 5B bus routes with frequent buses to Brighton/Hove. Local shops – co-op, Tesco, chemist and a large Sainsbury 5 mins walk away. Close to the Downs for walking and very quiet and calm. Garden is lovely in summer with a lawn and patio to sit out on. The room is an attic room – very quiet with lovely views. Happy for extra storage to be kept in house – just to liaise with other housemates, as all have so far done! This is a perfect house for someone wanting a peaceful and tranquil place to live. I am putting the house on the market shortly, hence offering 6 months let, but this market isn’t buoyant so there is flexibility.
