This is a comfortable double room in a shared house which was my family home. My niece and adult daughter still live here and I am resident from time to time. This is a large house with plenty of space in the lounge, dining room and kitchen. The house is a short walk to Portslade station which has links to Brighton and London. Personally, I tend to cycle to Brighton as I commute to London and it takes 15 mins on the bike. Bus services are really quick and frequent so very easy to get into central Brighton. This is a quiet and safe area and the house is newly decorated, clean and well equipped. I am fine with pets in the house if they are well behaved and housetrained. This is a short term let, however, as I am selling the house although it has only just been listed and this is not a quick process so will be 6 months minimum. I do not envisage a quick sale in this climate so have kept the rent relatively low to enable a one month notice period should a completion date come up. Hangleton is a quiet part of Hove and well served for all shops and amenities. Easy access to the South Downs, plenty of free parking off street.
