I am seeking a lodger for the newly available room – bedroom 3 which has own access to the rear garden.
I also have another room which will become available. This room has also just been redecorated in sympathy to the late Victorian age of the house.
Seeking someone for minimum of 3 months with possibility to extend further if mutually desired.

The house is in a very attractive area, Preston Park is literally at the end of the road and turn right, 15 minutes walk to Preston Park rail station (I used to commute to London Bridge & Farringdon), 25 minutes walk to Brighton mainline station, 30 minutes walk to the town centre and seafront. Our neighbours are quiet, mature/professionals.

Has direct access via a bay door/windows – to the rear garden (house also has garden access from the dining room). Because this room is at the rear of the house, it is very quiet. I would prefer someone who is not a home worker, but this can be negotiated with an increased rent. Ideally, someone who works usual office hours. I work Mon-Friday 9am to 5pm..
No guests staying overnight (there are plenty of local hotels) to avoid extra noise and inconvenience. I like my home to be a harmonious, peaceful and quiet environment, so no parties or late night/early morning disturbances.
