looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st Feb in this end-terrace house in Bishopston (30 sec walk from Gloucester road). You’d be sharing with my current housemate/co-tenant Sam; a lovely creative human in his 40s.
Large double room downstairs (unfurnished), own toilet area downstairs + small bedroom upstairs (not pictured, currently being used for storage) – with utility room at the back and a small garden that needs a bit of work. Happy to provide extra pics via messenger.
Very laid-back environment, cat friendly.
£640 before bills, DSS accepted
