A spacious flat, open plan lounge and kitchen. Sharing with one female aged 54. Very close to cambridge station and mill road. Tenant in situ is looking for someone to share with. Friendly but also likes own space and is respectful of others. There is also use of an allotment 2 mins walk from the flat. The flat is comfortable and clean. “I am looking to share with someone who is easy going and respectful. I’ve been living alone for a few years, since my children moved out and feel it’s the right time to cohabit, the bills are going up and I miss sharing a home with someone, I thought I’d give this a try. Long term or short term is good with me, I am looking after a friends dog atm and I would reduce the rent in return for dog sitting, but I take her with me wherever I go so it’s no problem if you didn’t want to do that. I have uploaded pictures of the flat to give an idea of the space, I’m changing around the furniture in the rooms atm and I’m not sure yet which of the 2 bedrooms will be free yet.
