Tea & Coffee making facilities.
Own Cutlery and Plates.
Place mats for dining and drink coasters.
Two A2 wall Art.
Two A4 Whitby Specials Wall Art.
The Bathroom-
This was fully revamped with a Walk in Shower with either Rainfall Shower or Traditional Shower options, wall mounted towel rail, and sink Toilet combo.
This will be shared with ourselves.

The Kitchen.
The Kitchen offers a Gas hob to cook on top of.
A lodger will be provided their own fridge.
Free use of items to be shared with ourselves in the kitchen.
This is a shared area with ourselves.

The kitchen leads to a back door to a small courtyard area this will be shared with ourselves.

The rest of the home is for ourselves and private use however to gain access to the Kitchen the Lodger will need to come through our private lounge area.
