Communal hall with stairs, fridge and shared freezer although owners normally use the upstairs doors for access from the garden.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE.

If the room is to be rented by a couple an additional £50 is payable per calendar month to cover increased bills.

A very quiet well behaved dog may be considered.
