Lovely home in quiet road with gorgeous country walks and rural cycle path on the doorstep. The room to rent has open views and beautiful sunsets. I have a shy, friendly dog and affectionate cats who are household members, so you must love animals. I am a teacher who works in Bristol tutoring children with special needs and/or anxiety. I am looking for a lodger with possible rent reduction for dog walking, though my hours do facilitate being able to do this myself. I live quietly but am a friendly outgoing person with a young outlook on life. Ideally, I wish to share with someone who’s awake. Yatton train station and the M5 is 15 mins away, providing an easy commute to Bristol, also regular buses. A cricket club and lawn tennis club is 2 minutes walk with a gym/spa 5 mins drive. The coast is 15 mins drive so fires on the beach are great fun.
