We are looking to rent for 2 people max, couples are welcome,otherwise female only pls, we prefer mon- fri , but we can accept full week , typically there is only one of us home at a time, most of the time no one will share shower/ toilet with you as we usually away or using the other facilities in the house , we have a downstairs toilet and showers and toilet at every floor .
The top room ( £500) is large room with skylines windows at the moment its furnished as single but willing to change to small double if requested . The other room is smaller ( £375) and in the middle floor again shower and toilet is almost private
house has a garden and garage the use of it can be arranged if need at extra cost .
We are well connected to the town , bus stop at the our door steps, very close to warwick uni ( 1 mile) and bus is available till late , amenities and late shop is also next to including a pharmacy , we also near a gym and the famous memorial park
Coventry city is a vibrant city and chosen as city of culture has made a huge change and significant positive vibe in the city
