A generous double room is available from the end of August / 1st September in a bright 2-bedroom second-floor flat in Canonmills.
The apartment features a spacious lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom.
You’ll be sharing with me, the live-in landlord. I’m easy-going, respectful, and like to keep the flat clean and comfortable.

We’re a couple, but my wife works full-time in London and is only in Edinburgh occasionally, so it’s mainly me you’ll be sharing with. I also travel frequently for work, both across the country and to London, so the flat is often quiet and you’ll regularly have it to yourself.

The flat is ideally located next to a lovely park, which has much more space and might suit you if you enjoy the outdoors, as well as access to a private shared garden (not directly connected to the flat).
I’m into running and outdoor activities myself, and I’m sociable too – up for a chat or popping into a pub now and then.

It’s just a 10-minute walk to both St Andrew Square and Stockbridge, very close to the Royal Botanic Gardens, and well served by local transport links.

All bills, including high-speed broadband, are included, making budgeting straightforward.
