I have a double room available from end of July at maidencraig court, craigleith area. I have been living in Edinburgh for 5 years, my flatmate is moving so I am looking for a new flatmate to live with ideally around August 2025.
5 min bus or around 30 min walking distance to princess street.
Looking for a professional person, bills not included but total around £150 a month depending on the season.

About me: I am a professional working in HR & Recruitment at a renewable energy company for a 5 years’ project, which will help Scotland become one of the greener countries in EU.
I have been flat sharing in different countries since I was 18. I love traveling, reading, watching series, movies, and play sports, I also love cooking as I used to work as a sous chef in the past, so there will not be problem in terms of cleaning or setting rules. I am easy-going, neat and tidy.
My working patterns are hybrid working, Monday to Friday 9-5.
On weekends/spare time, I like playing football, go out sometimes for a drink, watch movies with a glass of wine/beer and chill. I am not a party person, but always open to new plans.
