Double en-suite room, quiet and convenient
This room would suit a professional person who appreciates the convenience of living near the train station for commuting to London or nearby towns for work whilst also near to town for shops and restaurants. There is a shared garden to the ground floor flat and on-site visitor parking. We are away a lot spending time with elderly parents and our kids are at Uni. You can expect to have the en-suite double bedroom and shared rooms to yourself most of the time with the occasional visit from us. We are looking for a respectful tidy person who appreciates a quiet well serviced living environment. The small development consists mainly of owner occupied town houses as well as a few flats. The lounge has a pleasant aspect onto the shared garden which is well looked after. The tumble dryer for occasional use is in the garage.
