Less than 5 minutes walk to Feltham station and all local amenities, gyms and supermarkets. Fast trains into Richmond, Vauxhall, Clapham Junction and Waterloo. Extremely convenient location to walk for bus, rail and tube and access to M3, M4, M25 and Heathrow Airport.
Parking is by permit only but plenty of non permit around. No overnight guests or visitors. This is not a house share.
The room and shower room will be cleaned, which is included in the rent, as well as reasonable usage of utilities.
Agreeable to changes in access to the house and garden depending on the suitability of the lodger.
In the room there are hooks behind the free standing mirror and on the wall. The wardrobe in the other room, across from the bedroom, can be used. Washing machine available and agreeable to share iron and ironing board.
Agreeable to have conversation about use of kitchen as prefer that to be limited to microwave, kettle and fridge.
