We are a relaxed and friendly professional couple, both working, partly from home, and are owned by a couple of friendly cats! We love to meet new people and welcome people in our home and are experienced in shared house living having done both Airbnb and longer term lets.

Your room is a comfortable double room which is recently decorated with a bright and sunny outlook over a garden. An adjacent shared bathroom and a shared shower room downstairs. You will have use of kitchen, lounge and garden. The area is quiet and welcoming. We are currently upgrading our offering and there is superficial decorating going on in some areas of the house which will be finished shortly.

We are within walking distance to corner shops with a large Sainsbury’s just across from the shops and takeaways. If you have a car access is great to the New Forest, Southampton, London and Bournemouth. There is a good bus service to Ringwood, Bournemouth and Poole and the council have extended the cycleways and pedestrian accesses to Ferndown and Wimborne. We choose this area to live because it has lovely walks through forest, along rivers and heathland but is also close enough to the beach to access by bus.

We are looking for a like minded relaxed person who is working full time – no working from home please, We are happy to have shift workers and any one who likes cats!

Please give as much information about yourself as you can, such as date you need to move in, whether you can come and view, working hours etc, as we get a lot of enquirers and need to judge suitability for the accommodation, as this is our home.
