There is oak laminate flooring throughout the flat! There are plants in the flat which feel part of the woodwork and create a nice ambience.
The flat is very quiet so wanting someone who is not into parties or loud music. There are some cleaning duties which are involved which each person has a small task to do.
Close to amenities including a Tesco, Co Op, Subway, barbers, many food outlets. Forest Gate station is literally 7 minutes walk away and Wanatead park overground is 8 mixtures walk! great bus links to stratford which takes only 10 minutes. Buses are very frequent! Stratford is perfectly situated to get to anywhere in London
The flat has a peaceful vibe to it and would welcome someone who has similar interests to myself and is looking for somewhere to call home!

Occasionally we hang out, clean communal areas each person has a allocated duty. Good clear communication is essential to the smooth running of the flat. Sometimes we break bread together and chat over a tea or herbal. It’s certainly got a home feeling to the place. We are very quiet! Someone who is spiritually minded and living with the right energy is important for me!
I meditate a lot, eat healthy, exercise 4-5 times a week. Into personal development and enjoy cooking. I like burning essential oils in the flat for a nice aroma! I also enjoy yoga, breathwork, Sufi mantras.
