As a busy, organised and clean person, I seek similar in a lodger. I have two sitting rooms downstairs. The smaller of the two, I very seldom use aside from accessing cupboards and drawers. With a large TV, and comfy sofa you may use this room as your own lounge. I have two cocker spaniels that I adore. They do not have access to your room. Shared bathroom with shower over bath & shared separate toilet. Close to supermarkets, country park, local public transport & motorways. Residents car park to the rear of my property. Mon to Fri applications are very welcome with a rent reduction for this. Bills included but you may need to contribute toward council tax if I loose single occupancy discount. Only those in full time employment outside the home and with the right to remain/work in the UK. Please call or message for further details.
