DESCRIPTION
Comfortable and friendly. In normal times it is a very sociable place, we love people popping in for a chat and coffee. One works from home and needs people to respect his sometimes lack of availability. The other is retired but still has the odd bit of freelance work. We cook a lot, so if you don’t mind the occasional waft of curry or casserole through the house you will be fine. Great transport links into town (about a mile away) or Bradford and further afield. It’s quite a quiet area despite being on the main road. Owner is a ClassicFM buff so expect some lovely music in the house. We feel the property would suit a mature (35+) person, possible working in the area but living somewhere too far for a daily commute. Home cooked evening meal can be provided if required at no extra charge.
