I own a lovely two-bedroom flat in a beautifully converted Victorian college building. I live abroad two thirds of the year and spend one third of the year in London in my flat (Summer 3 months and about a month over Christmas). The majority of the time you would have the flat to yourself. I’m looking for a friendly, trustworthy, clean and tidy, easy-going female who would love to rent their own flat by themselves but also wants to save some money by not going it alone. The rent reflects the balance between one-bedroom flats and flat share prices in the area and for the location.

The rent includes a large furnished double bedroom with plenty of space for your own desk or extra storage to occupy, a fully-equipped kitchen with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, gas hob/electric oven, fridge-freezer, pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. Shared living/dining room and bathroom. My bedroom won’t be available. You would pay the bills* when I’m not there and the bills would be shared on a pro rata basis when I am there. (* current bills are Council tax £161, Gas & Electricity £117, Water £22 and Internet £25. Total £294 per month.)

The flat is an 8-minute walk to Isleworth Railway station to Waterloo and a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride to Osterley Piccadilly line tube station, zone 4. There’s a bus stop a few minutes’ walk away with a bus (H91) that goes into Chiswick and Hammersmith. There are also buses that go to Richmond, Twickenham, Hounslow, Brentford and Ealing a short walk away. The building and grounds are an oasis of calm with lots of parks nearby to walk in and enjoy.

The flat includes an on-premise allocated parking space. The flat is on the first floor, walk up only.
