There are supermarkets (Tesco in Tring or Asda in Dunstable) and several local pubs serving fabulous food a walk away.
The property itself is a converted barn with beams throughout and is equipped with top-quality furniture and services. You will enter the property via a smart keyless entry, into a reception with ample space for taking off your office shoes. There is a large kitchen, equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, 5 induction hobs, 2 ovens, 2 fridge freezers, 1 microwave, and plenty of crockery and cutlery. There is a circular black marble dining table that seats 4-6 guests spaciously.
On the ground floor, there is also a large living room, with a log-burning fire you can use, 4K HDR Sony Bravia TV, large velvet sofa and leather armchair. There is also a gym area with a Peloton bike, workout bench and a small selection of weights you are welcome to make the most of.
Your bedroom is a large double situated on the ground floor, suitably adjacent to the kitchen, with an ensuite walk-in shower with a heated mirror. There is a very large mirrored wardrobe stretching one side of the bedroom, a desk workspace for your convenience and a single sofa with a side table for your comfort. It is recommended to have your own clothes horse to dry any washing on.
All TVs have access to a guest Netflix account and you are welcome to log in to any other service you like. The house includes Google Assistant and Sonos speakers.
The garden includes an outdoor lounge, a six-seater dining table and a bbq, which you are welcome to use. There are two cameras and a video doorbell that secures the exterior of the property.
You will be sharing the house with a couple and their young baby and a small pomeranian dog, with separate bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. The living room, entrance hall, kitchen and dining room, and a guest WC, are all located on the ground floor and will be shared with the family. The communal areas are cleaned weekly.
The couple are professionals; a doctor and an engineer, who like to be social, to cook and eat together, and to work out and run where possible (although recent motivation has been lacking!). They are looking for a friendly, considerate professional, with communal living experience, to share their home.
The Pomeranian dog is called Nala. She is friendly, house-trained and does many tricks. She loves walking and sitting on your lap.
