A double room in a lovely maisonette just 2 min away from Clapham High St. 7 min walk to the tube station of Clapham Common or 1 min to several bus stops and 7 min away from the overground. Ideal for flying from Gatwick airport as it’s close to Clapham Junction too. There are three pubs just one min away, supermarkets, a Thai restaurant and a gym also one secs away.
I am looking for a mature flatmate who is very clean and considerate.
This is not a party house, but socialising over a meal does happen sometimes. The flat is well equipped, kitchen stuff, TV and coffee machines are all mine, but I am happy to share. Fastest Virgin wifi and also TV bundle. Bills vary depending on the season however, the flat is very well-lit, hence we don’t pay astronomical bills.
Move in flexible from the 25th of October.
