We have a lovely, bright, well kept, bedroom and private living room for someone to come and call their home.

The windows over look the park on Columbia road, so its very green and surprisingly quite for the middle of Shoreditch, with birdsong throughout the day.

We will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, second toilet, and big garden, where we grow veggies and plums and apples, as well as plenty of chilling space and a firepit.

I am a mum with two young children, who are hilarious, insightful and very real. We have our bedrooms and living room upstairs and you have the downstairs, but we do want someone that would like to call the house a home and hang out as well as hang in their rooms.

Fully furnished and dss is always welcome.

All bills are included in the price (council tax / wifi / gas / electric etc) alongside a fortnightly cleaner for communal spaces and all general necessities (toilet paper / washing powder / cooking oil etc).

It’s our own property so everything is fixed to a high standard and we buy good quality furniture and white goods. We have all necessities and a small dishwasher too.
