The house – I had a lovely lodger who worked in the city who unfortunately had to leave due to end of his contract, so I am looking for a new lodger! Would best suit another professional or someone who likes a quieter home-life.
It’s a clean bright and airy house that is calm and relaxing with full privacy. Period style double glazing and recently redecorated throughout. Full use of the kitchen/diner which has a kitchen table and chairs, with full access and use of the garden.
The bedroom – Has lots of storage and there is space to add some additional furniture, such as desk and chair, or a TV for personal viewing. It overlooks the gardens so is also nice and quiet.
The area – Its a lovely area with friendly neighbours. Just a few mins away from Clapham Common and all the shops, amenities with fast travel links. It’s about 30 minutes to the West End via Vauxhall or Waterloo and I travel to work near Kings Road. Northcote Road is just a stones throw away and everything is within walking distance. The common is a great place to exercise and I exercise there each day.
