Very nice double room available in our 3 bedrooms flat in Putney Heath
PLEASE BE AWARE : the rooms look much smaller on the picture that they are in real life 🙂
The room is double with a double bed, two wardrobe and two chest of drawers.
The flat : 3 bedrooms flat, sunny, comfortable, clean, tidy, close to town as well as nature with a nice Home feel 🙂
Large sitting room, with huge TV
Nice size kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub to have a nice relaxing bath on a rainy day 🙂
The flat is bright and sunny, in very good conditions with brand new windows and laminated floors. I’ve been living there for nearly 5 years now.
Our house is ideal if like me you like the combination city- nature as It is very close from all the shop with an easy and quick access to central London. And it is also very close to Putney heath that leads into Wimbledon common and Richmond park, so it is perfect if you like to go for a run after work or a walk
We also have a lovely friendly community around and a community garden which I am part of. We organise walks and social events.
On the practical side, It is situated in a very nice area of Putney (by the Green Man), very close from all commodities. It’s only 5 min to Clapham junction and 15 min to Waterloo by train. We have also 2 tube stations and tones of 24 hour buses (14, 85, 430, 37, 337)
It is also only 15mn bus from Roehampton University.
We rent directly from the landlord (so no agency fees).

I have been living in London for 15 years. I am an Energy healing and wellbeing Therapist. I work in a clinic in Notting Hill and from home.
In my free time, I enjoy going to the cinema, the theatre, meditating, meeting with my friends, or relaxing at home. I also love going for walks in the nature and gardening in the recently created Medicinal Garden just outside the flat.

2nd Flatemate is Dave, he’s a lovely chap from Birmingham. He’s a copyright writer and works in central London. He’s very nice, quiet but friendly. He enjoys reading and cricket.
We are looking for a flatmate that is genuinely nice, joyful, easy going, respectful of others that don’t mind keeping their room and the common areas clean and tidy.
