Comfortable double room in family home
A warm, light, furnished, comfortable double room in our family home.
You will be able to use the shared living room, which has a TV. There is a nice modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher; and there is a utility room (shared with other residents of the house, including us) with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sink. The bathroom has bath and separate shower, toilet and basin. There’s an extra toilet and basin downstairs. There is a large garden with decking to the rear of the kitchen, and you are welcome to use that (respectfully!).
There is fibre broadband and Wi-Fi, with a booster on the first floor to improve coverage. There is gas central heating, and all bills are included. There are three bedrooms available for rent.
All utility bills are included, as is a charge for gardening and cleaning of the common parts.
You will be a lodger in a home that you will share with us…and two other lodgers, and our son who lives in Manchester and visits occasionally.
