Hi i am seeking a kind responsible person to share my small garden flat. The room is a good size and very comfortable. You will share kitchen/conservatory, bathroom and garden with me. Please note that I am at home 24/7 so it will not suit anyone who also spends a lot of time at home or works from home. I have had lodgers for many years so am used to sharing my space, but now that I am in the house 24/7 it is important that we are compatible and respect each others wishes and of course keep the flat clean and tidy. The kitchen is small so if you are a foody and into cooking for hours and eat spicy food, it might not suit you.
Walthamstow is a very trendy area with loads of facilities. It has a theatre that has been restored and due to open soon, museums, arty and craft workshops, gyms, swimming pools, the famous wetlands, epping forest and the longest market in London. It is a very vibrant area with lovely restaurants, pubs although not too many shops, but Stratford is just down the road. Walthamstow has fantastic transport links all over London from zone 3 and access to the motorways too. Although if you have a car parking is a nightmare and you will need an expensive parking permit and a ulez compliant car.
