Ground floor flat in an ex-council block. The estate is very peaceful, set back from the road, surrounded by trees and green spaces, no traffic noise at all. Neighbours are very quiet. We are very clean and considerate! I’m a trainee psychotherapist and work for a mental health charity. My flatmate is from Chile and is completing his PhD in theatre studies.

– Beautiful green spaces including preserved woodland right on our doorstep. Ruskin Park, Dulwich Park, Peckham Rye all nearby.
– A BIG Sainsbury’s (not a ‘Local’) literally 2 mins walk away.
– Camberwell, Peckham and East Dulwich all within walking distance. Brixton not far away either.
