My current flatmate is looking to relocate closer to her place of employment, hence a room coming available in my lovely flat. The current lease ends 28th May and I will be renewing then, but if the right person comes along to take the room, she may be able to move sooner.
Someone who gets the importance of maintaining an energetic high vibration, and a peaceful, neat and clean home. Full time employed but not working from home, other than on occasion. Friendly, sociable, and mature, but also fun. Enjoys sharing a coffee, wine, or walk, but also likes their own time.
The flat is just across the road from the River Thames, in the Strand on the Green area of Chiswick, with its great pubs and several restaurants and coffee shops, and yet still convenient to the high road for shopping. There is also a Sainsbury’s local a few minutes walk away. The landlord is great, the area fantastic!
2 bedroom 1 bath, 1st floor. The actual 2nd bedroom is a box room, and that has been made into the ‘snug’ (lounge). hence no picture of it. What is technically the lounge is my room. An eat in kitchen with a washer drier combo and larger fridge/freezer completes the flat. This is NOT a party flat although company sometimes is of course cool. My current flatmate chooses to not use the lounge and as such she pays a bit less in rent than I do, and I am willing to negotiate a similar deal again.

The room is a large double which is considered the master bedroom. It is unfurnished apart from a wardrobe (the larger of the 2 in the pics). I am willing to consider helping to furnish it for the right flatmate.
I am American by birth, Italian by heritage, and relocated to England in 2019. I am professionally employed, and am also starting a non-profit music mentorship program. I on rare occasion work from home. I have an extremely irreverent sense of humour! Music, gigs, exploring, west end, road trips, and esoteric pursuits are my main interests.
Including broadband bills are approximately an additional £180 per month but as we all know, the energy bill will be increasing in April for all of us.
You would be working with the letting agent re: referencing and the deposit.
