I have a double room for rent in Donaldson Road, Shooters Hill overlooking the back garden. You will share the living room, bathroom and kitchen with the landlady – a female in her fifties, plus one other tenant, a male in his fifties. There are also two very friendly cats.
At the end of the garden is a hot tub room which will be free for you to use at weekends.
There are fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a desk and chair and a shelving unit in the room as well as a bed.
This is an exceptionally quiet neighbourhood with unrestricted parking on the street outside the house.
Transport: 244, 486 and 89 buses stop at the top of the road (Memorial Hospital bus stop). Woolwich Arsenal Train/DLR station is a 20/25 minute walk.
Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and washing powder are all included in the price as are all utilities, including wi-fi.
Smokers allowed but not pets.
