About us:
Hard working professionals who like nothing better at the end of our long day to come home to chill, cook, hang out and enjoy our space at home and garden.
Interests range from travelling, exploring London, trying out new things, holistic health, yoga and fitness, festivals and gigs, cooking and movies, having friends/guests arounds and movie nights occasionally when our busy lives allow.
About you:
Looking for a female to share with, preferably.
You are nice to be around, respectful, bringing with you a cheerful postitive vibe to the house, drama free, has an awareness of social and adult sharing situations,
has their own lives and interests and independant, cleaning specific, for all communal areas- there is a cleaning rota.
Be willing to muck in with jobs around the house and garden when it needs doing.
Room 1.
455 per month Its a lovely quirky space, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, shelves and chest of drawers and locker. Situated on the 2nd floor with modern bathroom shared with 1 other. Front facing.
Room 2.
Rent £495 per month. It’s a larger room which opens to the front of the house.
Large floor space. Furnished with bed. Locker, wardrobe.
Rent is not including bills, which are split four ways usually around 110-150 pm, more in winter, less in summer. Security deposit and references required

The house is really spacious, double glazed and comfortable with a large kitchen with all mod cons and a nice living area with comfy sofa and a TV with freesat. There is no smoking in the house/bedrooms.
There are 2 large fridge freezer. A shed.
I’ve lived on this street and the neighbours are really good.
The landlord is attentive and keeps the properties in order.
The house is in a great convenient location by local shops and 2 minute walk from Bounds Green tube-Zone 3 and Bowes Park over-ground station, and many bus routes like 102, 221, N91. 10 minute stroll up the hill to muswell hill and the same to wood green- alexandra palace is a short 10 minutes walk away- it’s a great location.
The rooms itself have very large floor space and split over 3 storeys.
The house has 3 toilets / bathrooms so your never left feeling caught out anywhere in the house.
