We are a family and live in a terraced house in Southfields, London. The house has 5 bedrooms, two of which we offer to lodgers. There are three bathrooms in the home. The room is a light and airy double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden. We offer either shared use of the adjacent bath room with over bath shower for £800 pcm or exclusive use of bathroom for £900 pcm
The room is located on the first floor which is up one flights of stairs.
Whilst Covid-19 is circulating in the community we conduct twice weekly lateral flow testing and encourage all members of the household to routinely participate in this health safety measure.
We will only consider prospective lodgers that have been fully vaccinated or are in the process of being vaccinated.
There is a pretty garden, which can be used by guests when the weather is fine. It is strictly a non-smoking house (but smoking is allowed in the garden).
We are a relaxed family and we enjoy sharing our home with lodgers and making you feel at home.

All utility bills (electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax), breakfast and evening meals are included in the rent.
• Our family composition is Mum, Dad (retired professionals) and our adult son who works locally.
• There is one male lodger
• We have two cats Minerva (a girl) and Tibbles (a boy) – they are both very nice. Tibbles is quite confident and curious, and Minerva is a little timid, both are very gentle.
• We are located approximately 5 – 7 minutes walk from Southfields tube station. Bus transport links are good to both Wimbledon and Wandsworth.
• We love cycling and often cycle along the Thames Path which is close by. It is approximately a 30 minute bike ride to the city centre from our home.
