Hi everyone I have a double and a single room to rent in my property it’s a 3 bed flat close to Canary Wharf. 2 mins from Poplar Dlr and 5 mins to All Saints Dlr .
It’s a 4 min walk to Chrisp st market the flat is excellent transport links to the city and to Stratford Westfield there is a Lidl supermarket 10-12 mins walk from here and Tesco and Asda are max 20 mins walk or 10 mins on the dlr.
For those who are thinking of studying the college is 2 mins from the property and queen Mary university is 10 mins by bus. The newly opened Elizabeth Line is also a 6-8 min walk from here.
The flat is located on the 4th floor of an estate which is Pretty quiet.
bills are included in the rent (Gas/Electricity/Wi-Fi)) which equate to £80 of the £880 pcm . Tv license is not included in the rent as the property is a HMO)

Drs surgery and dental care are also very close by.
