(Paddington/Lancaster Gate Tubes) 3 – 4 NIGHTS PER WEEK.

Share with friendly lady owner. Room has its own private shower room and shared use of luxury kitchen, sitting room and roof terrace. All bills included and cleaning lady every other week.

Would consider 7 nights per week £1200 ppm FOR MAXIMUM 4 MONTHS
or LONG TERM 3 – 4 nights per week. Rent pro rata.

I am not looking for a flatmate to make this his/her permanent home.
Looking for a friendly responsible housemate happy to share the occasional glass of wine on the terrace but not live in each other’s pockets.
