The house is conveniently located in a safe and quiet residential street with free parking, just a 7 minute walk to Highams Park overground station (which goes directly to Liverpool Street station in under 25 minutes, or just 2 stops gets you to Walthamstow Central / Victoria Line). The park, supermarket, pubs and cafes are all just a 5-10 minute walk away.

The bedroom is furnished (but furniture can be removed upon request – and the open wardrobe unit that you can see in the photos will be replaced!)

The inside of the house is clean, modern and spacious – with a large living / dining area; a large bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks; and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine.

The garden to the rear is a great sunny space for relaxing, with table, chairs and sunloungers. The lawn needs a bit of TLC (I’m working on that!)

I’m female professional in my 30s – tidy, friendly, easy-going – it would be great to find someone similar!
