Double room with beautiful views
My housemate sadly decided to leave as she found a place closer to her new job in Italy.
So, now I have available a double bedroom (furnished) with a private bathroom. This is a modern beautifully furnished part of a two bedroom flat in The Olympic Park Village with a large open plan kitchen and balcony.
The flat is quite high specs (under floor heating throughout the flat, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer incorporated fridge, oven and induction cooktop). There is also a secured fob locked bike parking allocated area inside the block. A private garden available only to residents is also at your disposal.
I am a professional. I am looking for a professional either employed or self-employed. I do sometimes enjoy a drink together, but I also enjoy my own space. The flat is quiet and new so I do expect our new housemate to maintain it clean & tidy.

• Stratford (Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground & trains): less than 15 minute walk but can also be accessed by train if you decide to take the DLR which is a stop away from Stratford station.
• Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Olympic Pool, Velodrome, and other sporting facilities.
Westfield shopping center is within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a Sainsbury’s Local (opened 7am – 11pm) which is 2 minutes away with M&S and Waitrose to complement your choice of groceries. More shops are about to open including a Pizza place, some coffee shops, dry cleaner facilities and many others.
