Sadly one of our housemates is moving on and we are looking for a new person to share our happy, warm, relaxed, clean and welcoming home.

We are in our fifties and have active lives but when we are in we enjoy spending time together with tea or wine, having a chat and a laugh or watching a film. Plenty of space to do your own thing too.

There’s a double reception room, kitchen/diner and sunny garden.
Also an office which is rarely used. There are also 4 toilets.

Rathcoole Gardens, Crouch End, north London is a quiet, very friendly and safe crescent. It’s about five minutes to Hornsey over ground which links directly to Kings Cross or Moorgate and is one stop to Victoria and Piccadilly lines. Also well served by buses.

Lovely sought after area with many shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, gyms, parks and cinemas in nearby Crouch End and Hornsey High Street.

Monthly rent includes bills but we all chip in for the weekly cleaner.

Permit parking available in the street.

There’s also a bicycle storage unit.
