Hello, my lovely flatmate has recently got married so his room will become available from 15 November.

The bedroom is a double, has a fitted wardrobe, king sized bed, two chest of drawers and a bed-side table with lamp. The bathroom which is next door, has a bath with an overhead shower,

The open plan, shared living area overlooks beautiful well-kept gardens. The room is very light and airy and has a washing machine and dishwasher.

The listed building also has a gym and library on the ground floor for residents. There is a lift, but we usually take the stairs. The flat comes with a car park space (I don’t have a car) and there is a bike shed too.

The flat is between East Putney and Southfields tube stations. The closest main line station is Putney but the 170 bus goes to Clapham Junction.

We have the benefit of being between Putney and Southfields. Putney has all the usual shops, Waitrose, Sainsbury, Waterstones and an Odeon cinema. Southfields has a more village feel, with coffee shops, M&S Food and Wimbledon Park nearby.

A bit about me, I am in my 50s and work near St Paul’s. I enjoy dancing, walking, cooking, visiting museums, cinema, theatre, reading and generally catching up with friends. I am a non-smoker and looking to share with a non-smoker too.

The rent mentioned above does not include bills, the additional bills are Council Tax, Electricity, Broadband and TV Licence.
