Hi all
We’re two females looking for a female flatmate to share a spacious house with us. We have great communal space – there’s a dining kitchen, separate living room, and back yard. We’re pretty open about whether our new flatmate is a student or working but would like someone who is easy going and reasonably tidy. A sense of humour would be a bonus.
We’re not a party house but we don’t spend all our time in our rooms either so we’re somewhere in between. We understand some people have their own friends and others are new to London so we’re open to accommodating the needs and preferences of our new flatmate. In terms of working from home, we’re happy to discuss what everyone’s needs and irritations are and work out an arrangement that’s comfortable for everyone. We’re COVID responsible (but not paranoid) so would like someone with a similar attitude.
The room that is available is a large bright fully furnished double (double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair).
We’re within 7 mins (or so) walk of the tube – the District and Hammersmith and City line run from there. Canary Wharf, Stratford, Liverpool Street etc. are an easy commute. Central London is round 45mins.We’re also walkable to a lot of stuff – Westfield Stratford (around 25 mins walk). Tesco, Holland & Barrett, Superdrug are all 5-10mins walk away and there are some great parks nearby for additional outside space.
We have some flexibility with move in date and duration of the tenancy and would be willing to consider shorter term lets.
