Just 5 mins away from bars, restaurants, shops and either Tulse Hill station or Streatham Hill station. Brixton underground tube is a 10 mins bus ride away. So easy to get to 4 local hospitals, the city and local markets. I work in the city and it takes me 30mins.
There are plenty of green spaces around , including a communal green at the back of the property, a 2 minute walk to palace Road nature Garden or Hillside Gardens with Tennis courts. Or 15mins walk to Tooting Common, or 20mins walk to Brockwell Park or Streatham Common.
This is a flat, but not high rise There is a ground floor flat and we will be sharing the top floor flat. The flat has a large kitchen , double oven and usual facilities like American fridge and microwave , breakfast bar ( also suitable from wfh on) and cupboard space. Split level apartment with the bedrooms and bathroom on the top level. separate bathroom and toilet. The kitchen, living room and balcony are on the lower level.
You will have your own bedroom with a king size bed but you will be sharing the kitchen bathroom and living area with me. No smoking in the house please . Your rent also includes water, gas, electricity ,council tax, tv license And internet . Free view tv available in your bedroom if you want it.
I am a Friendly Female who works in finance and loves to travel. I do look after a cat 🐈⬛ , but she’s old now , living her best life , a relaxed one of eating and just sleeps all day . I myself work and travel a lot. And when I’m home I’m either chilling , cooking or doing something creative.
I am Looking for someone ( or a couple) who is considerate, tidy, relaxed, happy doing their own thing but is also sometimes up for a glass , food and laughter when they feel like it 😊. £750 a month (no bills) for a single person – £950 /1000 with all bills included, including council tax)
