Hello! I’m hoping to find the right person to share a lovely 3 bedroom flat with garden in a wonderful location!

About the room & flat
There are so many great things about this flat and its location. It is a brilliant place to live and I’ve been here a long time and can introduce you to the neighbourhood if you’d like. The flat is very central, close to transport, right next to a great park with other parks very near and close to shops and restaurants – there are even cinemas and theatres within walking distance as is Queen Mary University. The room is large with space to sit and relax and to work. It looks out to a secret garden (my treasured pride and joy) – a real treasure in the centre of London-town. A gardener visits to help keep it beautiful. Currently the room has a double bed, shelves, table and a large clothes rail – you may like to bring your own desk or I’d be happy to discuss depending on your needs and length of stay. I can provide bedding if you would like. We will share a bathroom (just two people) – and cleanliness in the bathroom is really important to me. Keeping the flat clean and tidy makes it a nice place to live – for both of us.

About me – about you!
I’m friendly, well travelled, sociable and quite quiet. I mostly work from home (or from the local library which is very close). For me, home is a cozy, peaceful and secure place and it is important to me that you value those things too. I look around my neighbourhood and see many people with rooms in shared flats who barely know or talk to each other. That seems sad to me. While we both have our own lives, I’m looking for someone who would enjoy sharing a meal or a social event from time to time – or a glass of wine in the garden! And, someone who would enjoy watering the plants/garden especially if I’m away. I like to be able to share basics in the house, things like milk/cleaning products. I’m a vegetarian (with rare exceptions), practice yoga and meditation on a regular basis and sometimes travel quite a bit. Among other things, I teach Yoga online and you’d be welcome to join class for free. Both for environmental and cost reasons I don’t keep the heating on all day – we can all put on a sweater first! Fortunately it’s a warm flat, but if you like to keep the heating on most of the time/high we’d need to speak about costs. If you are a Spanish speaker, hablo espanol.
