This is a very bright and large double room with large windows, a double bed, a spacious inbuilt wardrobe, a sizeable chest of drawers and a fitted desk area. The flatshare is with one other person and is a roomy maisonette located right beside Tooting Common on a quiet road in a very pleasant area surrounded by green spaces with easy transport links to Balham, Clapham and Tooting. Tooting Bec tube is a 10 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride on the 319 or 249. The flat is centrally heated, has a clean, modern kitchen with a washing machine, a large living room with a separate dining area, and one upstairs bathroom. Broadband is also available. There is zero deposit to pay. The room will definitely be available from 28th September but that can be flexible if you need to move earlier.
The flat is with one other professional. I’m looking for another easy-going, sociable flatmate who’ll enjoy living in a relaxed atmosphere and has no problem with keeping the place looking fairly respectable.
I’m very much into my music (but not so much that I’ll disturb you!), enjoy reading and cinema and work for an art shipping company in South London.
