Large double room with good transport links near Sydenham
Two bedroom flat in a nice area, with communal gardens around. My current lodger has just left, as he decided to move in with his girlfriend, so looking for someone again. I am easy going and sociable, although I work much of the time and travel a bit, so you may have the place to yourself sometimes.
The room is quite large, nice and light and with a big wardrobe. Plus I have extra storage space if required. The room has a double bed and if a desk is needed, this can be provided. Happy to share the lounge from time to time, but I work there a bit. Kitchen of course is shared.
My teenage son comes to stay every other weekend and is very discreet – you’d hardly notice him.
We have have broadband with Sky, and all utilities and council tax are included in this rent.
There is a nice balcony and garden which is used communally. Neighbours are nice.
Very good transport links around Sydenham, with connections to Clapham Junction and the city. Close to Dulwich Village, which is very nice.
